We had Orkin out for an inspection today. We cannot say enough good things about them. From the first call yesterday, to the inspector today they have been very prompt and excellent customer service. We really appreciate our concerns being addressed so promptly! The inspector explained everything so thoroughly and was extremely responsive and respectful of our home. Parker is extremely personable and is very easy to work with. He's been responsive to any need we have had. He also offers a lot of education in how we got our pest issues to begin with and how to avoid them going forward. you should be very proud to have Parker as an employee as he represents Orkin in the best light possible
