Harry is my tech & he arrived on time & was ready to work. He was in full uniform & his ID badge was visible. Upon home entry he made sure that he understood what my issues were so that he could efficiently assist me. He checked every nook & cranny. He treated it homes perimeter & set traps for my rodent complaint. He also scheduled time to come back to check the traps. He also gave me next steps for prevention & told me why & how the rodents gained entry from by faulty garage door. The service was thorough & he was very knowledgeable. Makes me feel so much better that I’ll reach the resoloution I was hoping for

We have had Orkin for many, many, many years. We have had the same technician for all of those years. Dave is great. Friendly, reliable, and dependable. He has come out when we needed the extremely rare inside treatment. I only gave 4 stars because I feel there should be a rate reduction reward from corporate for those of us who have stayed with the company for as many years as we have, not rate increases.
