We had a call back due to weather brought out the tiny black ant in are kitchen, Orkin was very concerned with are problem and had a tech out the day after I called, Josh got right to work and took care of the issue thank Orkin now my wife is happy. Happy wife happy home.

Hello Wendy was the technician that came out to my house yesterday she was awesome. She asked me to tell her everything that was going on at my house and proceeded to tell me exactly what needs to be done. She went through every room pointing out places where the mice were getting in and recommendations to fix the holes. she pointed out things I had never seen. She put traps down everywhere that needed them. She walked me around my house, pointing out points of entry and how to fix them, including my garage. We were unhappy with our previous service from Blackdiamond. Customer service is a big part of a company, and they were certainly lacking in all areas. They also didn’t treat outside of my home and that was concerning. I am already happy with my service from Orkin. Hubert was our technician and you can certainly tell he is very well educated in his career. He was not only kind to me, but my children and even my pets. He didn’t have to take the time to go the extra, but you can tell he enjoys it and isn’t just going it as part of his job. I will most definitely request Hubert to be the tech that comes for my follow up visits.
