Went here after getting my nails done at another salon and the same day, the gel polish was peeling right off. They couldn’t fit me in so I went to O.P. Nails and Jennifer took care of me. She did an exceptional job and I will be coming back! Picture of what I went in with and then what I came out with!
Upon entering the salon, I was immediately greeted by the owner. She was doing nails and said someone would be right with me. Before she could finish her sentence, Lily arrived. Just as Lily was encourting me to her station, a VERY rude older woman entered the salon. She said, "I want my nails done now!" Looking at Lily she said, "You do them". Lily explained she was working with me, the woman said that it did not matter, she demanded her nails done then. On and On, Lily defused the situation. She was kind and understanding and work in a kind fashion to defuse the irrational customer. This situation did not affect the quality of my nail service. Lily asked if I would like a soda. When I declined, she said, "come on, it's on us" and got me a coke. While doing my feet I said I didn't want nail polish. She asked why and then told me a pretty lady needs pretty nails. Would I at least let her use a light pink. Not pushy, good service. I agreed. I asked for a massage that included skin descaling and cream. It was outstanding. I have had a similar service at other services like French Lick, but this was beyond that. She almost put me to sleep at one point. Lily thanked me for coming in and asked if she could do anything else. No... moved on to her next customer with the same smile. Will I go back, you Betcha!
