The toll free number I called the lady rushed me off the phone and acted like she didn't want to help me I called they Indy. Office the lady took her time looked up my file and found out my problem she was so nice and helpful
These people are crooks! If it takes over 90 days to get a bill from the medical facility you use, you are totally out of luck. They WILL NOT let you use your own money! They don't let you know your account balance or when money rolls over from year to year. I've been in the insurance business for 17 years and have never seen a more crooked business. I would not sign up for this service, it's a scam to get your money because if you don't use it by years end you lose it. They figure people are stupid enough to sign up, not use it and let them keep your hard earned cash. They are most likely in cahoots with the INS. companies who wait 90 days before they ever send...read full review
