I had purchased some things from Brandyce Lewis for my wife. We scheduled an appointment and we messaged her two days before to let her know that we were stuck at the airport with all flights grounded. All the car rentals were used so we were stuck. She refused to honor our pricing and charged us for the missed appointment as well. Acts like she’s nice and caring then will charge you and not honor the pricing that you have pictures and documents of speaking with her. Go elsewhere if you want a good experience.

Purchased a Groupon ticket and reached out via phone as instructed. The esthetician texted immediately to advise text messages only. I advised I purchased services and inquired on availability. There were no further responses from the esthetician for over three hours and the business day is now over. I texted again that I would just refund the purchase due to no response and the esthetician ironically IMMEDIATELY responded. Understandable on being short staffed but I believe waiting hours for a response BACK or maybe even a quick “I will get back with you on this” to a conversation she initiated via text first, would be sufficient once you have the customers money,...read full review

Brandyce is so knowledgeable and helpful! I got a facial and my skin was glowing for weeks afterwards. She gave me great recommendations for my skincare routine and really took the time to educate me about my skin. Her prices are reasonable too! Highly recommend.
