I have used this company to to regularly maintain my furnace for years. Today I had a new furnace installed. It was time for the old furnace to be replaced. It had run its useful life. The price for the new furnace is a good price.

Mike and Chris, who maintain and install furnaces are excellent and friendly. They do not try to upsell you things you do not need.

I look forward to having Newby & Son continue to service my furnace needed.

I have been using Newby & Son for my portfolio of homes for my heating and cooling needs for about a year now. I've been impressed by their professionalism, responsiveness, and honesty. They provide quality service, appear to have fair pricing, and have been responsive to my (many) requests for help thus far. They have also pointed me in the direction of other services / contractors when they feel I could get better value for money somewhere else. This really helps me know they care about me more than trying to squeeze every bit of money than can out of my business.
