MyEyeDr. provides excellent service with a friendly and helpful team. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and provides thorough eye exams using advanced equipment. Customers feel well taken care of and in good hands. The office has a good selection of frames and the team helps with choices while considering insurance. While waits can sometimes be long, the overall experience is comfortable and efficient. Many describe it as the best eye doctor visit they have ever had, with wonderful customer service. The practice is highly recommended for eye health and care.
I’ve been going to this eye location for years. Dr. Jennifer Bailey is an always super nice feel well taken care. I do have an eye issue that was detected by the equipment that they have here and feel I am in good hands. The whole staff is great and Diana helped me pick out some cool frames for my prescription sunglasses that are coming soon. They have a good selection of frames and helped me stay close to what insurance will pay.
I absolutely loved my experience at this MyEyeDr location! They were all extremely friendly and the office efficiency is dynamic! They provided a thorough exam and all the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Bailey is awesome! I will definitely recommend her and this office to everyone!
The employees are very nice, they tell us their honest information on the status of my eyes, the wait is somewhat long but other than that it’s a comfortable place for testing the overall health of your eyes!
