Everyone who works here is so incredibly kind and great at their jobs, I am so grateful for them! Dr. Shah is amazing and always takes her time to talk through any of my concerns, definitely the most caring eye doctor I have ever had. And I absolutely adore Keith - I felt super nervous going in to try contacts for the first time and he was super sweet and encouraging and the experience went so much smoother than I thought it would be all thanks to him!

Dr Flora is great. Office staff is wonderful as well. Good selection of glasses to choose from. I needed replacement lenses - the lab didnt do something correct but office staff took care of of it right away. Would recommend

Went to a different location and ordered new glasses. Twice they could get the order right. We finally went to the IN-Southport location with the glasses and the paperwork. Finally got the glasses we wanted and they were perfect the first time.
They went above and beyond to help and we are very grateful.
