In addition to praising the exceptional, high quality cleaning and pressing of shirts, dry cleaning & cleaning of household items, I must give a shout out to Monteal for knowing her customers and constantly troubleshooting. She checks that my order is how I want it because she detects a difference in how I perhaps normally have my items cleaned or pressed. Especially if I drop off on a day when someone else is working. She is friendly, kind and really takes ownership of her role at the counter. Thank you, Mr. Ellis, for assembling a quality team.

Morellis Binford is our go-to for dry cleaning and laundry for large household items like blankets and comforters. When we dropped off our blanket, we were told it would take 8 days. It was ready in about 3 days! Way to go! The facility has plenty of parking, competent staff and a convenient location for us NE Indianapolis.

I’ve been getting my dry cleaning done at Morellis Cleaners for over 20 years. They do an excellent job. However, the staff is what really keeps me coming back. They are customer service oriented and go above and beyond. A special shout out to Monteal who always greats me by name and with a smile.
