I can’t say enough good things about Modern Touch Contracting. My basement needed a complete overhaul after flooding in May…and then the bathrooms needed help after the dog wrecked them during storms, because he couldn’t hide in the basement. From writing a thorough estimate for the insurance company to helping a rookie through the restoration process and the great crew who completed all of the work ahead of schedule…it made this unasked for adventure so much easier. Already dreaming up some other fun projects, hopefully not flood or dog inspired this time.
So excited to work with this team. Had our first call today to go over rough estimates/timelines….both my husband and I are feeling super confident in working with them. Booking with them was a breeze: plus, great communication and that was key for us!
Darius and Rocket provided exceptional service and did a great job framing and finishing out a basement space including framing, installing soundproofing hangers and green glue, insulation, drywall, electrical, low voltage and painting!
