The days I go to Mind Body Harmony for pilates personal training are the best days of my week. After working with Rachel Rose for the past three months, I feel fantastic and I have had so many compliments on the way I look. I have slimmed down and my stance and posture have drastically improved. Pilates is the workout I have been looking for my entire life. I actually look forward to my workouts!! I HIGHLY recommend Mind Body Harmony and Rachel Rose!

Rachel is a great instructor. I had never done Pilates before, but it was great. I am defiantly going back for more sessions.
