I really like my new windows, questions were answered quickly and only had one window sash that came from factory that needed to be replaced and it was done completely to my satisfaction.

Experience with representatives of Merrifield Exteriors was very good. Maddie our sales consultant was very attentive and straightforward with helping us design the door we wanted and the interactions with the office manager, Tyler were very positive.
Mark the owner came out to measure for the order and made sure everything we thought we were getting was exactly as it should be.
Communication was top notch throughout the project. Additionally, they estimated 4-6 weeks from order to install and they delivered. The install team did a great job on the install, and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.
