First I would like to say that if you are a federal employee (like I am) it is hard to find a law firm that will represent you. My personal experience and from what others have said, the Dept. of Labor is so hard to deal with that most lawyers do not want to bother. With that said, I finally found Stephanie Leet, partner at the McCready Law Firm. She specializes in federal injury cases and in no time had my case and denial being reevaluated.
