This place is amazing! They really care about their customers! They sold my grandpa a NICE dryer!! We needed up w a small mechanical issue and our warranty had expired! How ever this family stands in there word and product! They sent someone out immediately and didn’t charge my grandpa a dime! I applaud them for they run a business with integrity and value their customers! Thank you because my grandpa is sick and didn’t have the money to fix the dryer but ya all did it with out question and I’m a timely manner! Ya all are amazing!!

I bought a washer from them at an extremely reasonable price, most places wanted an arm and a leg and weren't very friendly. Mr. Brian was very nice when delivering my washer and even fixed my dryer while he was there! Best customer service ever!

I've been a customer with Bill Mathews appliances for almost 10 years now. Happy to say that all the appliances that I have bought over the years are still working in my rentals. Wouldn't go anywhere else for really good used appliances with a company that stands behind what they sell. Just had them come out for repair on a fridge (not one of theirs) came out within hours and it's up and running! You want the best, you've found them! Thanks Rhonda & Bryan, you make my life so much easier!
