There was a problem with the clearcoat that Rick used, puddling on my floor for some reason. He came back several times to try to fix the problem. The largest puddles were smoothed out, but when he had to scrape the smaller ones, it made it worse. I had to cover those spots with an area room rug.He is a very nice person and tried hard to repair the problem, but wasn't able to correct all of it.

Rick and Steve turned our 60 year old, carpet covered, red oak floors into a thing of beauty. Everyone that sees the refinished work are blown away by the gorgeous oak floors. Locke is very reasonably priced, no dust sanding was awesome, work completed in very short time frame. These guys know what they are doing, professionals.
