Amazing gym with up to date equipment and facilities! Great classes with fantastic instructors and trainers! There are classes and activities for all ages and fitness levels. Highly recommend!

The lifetime I normally go to is under remodel. And let me start off by saying the staff at both are great always kind and on it. But I'm about ready to cancel and move on. The gym is strangely organized. But I can deal with that. But why do you have a class on Friday mornings with a handful of people in the middle of the gym. Its called Alpha and the only thing Alpha about it is the extremely loud instructor. I get classes but why don't they have over the ear heaphones for the instructor to talk to them. I'm not the only one who is irritated by it, just have a staff member walk around and ask during it like I did. I'll also say that the class in the treadmill...read full review
