Laundry & Tan Connection is a huge, great facility with plenty of well-maintained machines, including large capacity ones. It is very busy on weekends and holidays, so mornings are best. The staff is very nice, helpful, and keeps the place clean. Everyone is tolerant, and waits are short even when busy. It is a good place to just do your laundry.
Initially, the guy who works and cleans the laundry throughout the day was amazing at his job. He always did his work right, and I was able to focus on my washing. Every single washer was always clean, especially the top ones, which I always check when I go to the laundromat. However, he has started to slack off and cut corners by standing around and talking to customers, which has resulted in the machines looking completely disgusting. I don’t want him to get in trouble, but I do wish he would stay on top of his work. This is a place where I enjoy coming to wash, and I want it to remain clean and pleasant.

Great facility very busy, Sunday morning, even then I did not have to wait more than 5 min for a machine. Everyone was very tolerant especially given it was clear I had no idea what I was doing. The guy running in place was quite helpful, answered all my questions.

We went here for the first time thinking it was going to be packed. There were a lot of people, but there were still plenty of machines left open. The machines were very clean and in working order. The laundromat itself was very clean with lots of seating and vending machines. This is one of the nicer laundromats we have used, and we will be back.
