REALLY outdated equipment. Half of the machines don’t work/are so loud it’s embarrassing from how old and outdated the machines are. They really should put “out of order” on more of the machines that don’t work. Carpet is disgusting and at least 15 years old…. Compared to the other locations in Indy, this is the most run down location. Needs some love and care. Great facility but completely outdated and needs updates.
Hello, I have seen your gym pics and I saw how well you maintained your gym but when I come up on your google reviews section then there is a very low number of reviews. I have checked the reviews of your gym, the total number of reviews is only 443 and the rating is only 3.8⭐️. I will increase your rating to 4.9⭐️ or whatever you want(professionally). I hope you know what the value of reviews and ratings is in today’s time. If the reviews on a gym are good, then that gym GMB page looks genuine and increases your sales.
Staff is friendly. Gym lacks proper hygienic principles. Very few people wipe down machines. Mostly because there are not enough water bottles or paper towels (filled) to do so. Meat heads taking off their shirts and treating the facility as their own home ruining the gym experience for others. No food in the gym is not enforced with people casually eating food (doritos) in between sets on the machines making those around naciuous (who does that?). Staff seems to be very lax with not enforcing proper gym etiquette. Hope this can be improved to be more hygienic.
