I wouldn’t use kone if you value working escalators and elevators and your time.

We’ve had several issues with them calling us back and leaving us with broken elevators several weeks.

I work for a facility that has used KONE since 2005. Recently I had issues with the state for a nonworking bell. I have made 40 phone calls to KONE, replaced the board, battery and chip. It finally is running but I still have no bell. The Indianapolis office gives the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No follow up, phone call are not returned from the service manager or my account rep. I am looking to replace this vendor as they are not addressing my concerns or needed repairs.
UPDATE after sending ignored emails and phone calls my bell is now working. They finally returned.
