Keystone Pet Hospital provides no-frills, excellent care for pets. They are known for their quick service, especially in emergency situations. The staff is caring, loving, and professional. They have helped customers find needed medications when other sources were unavailable. Keystone Pet Hospital has also corrected misinformation provided by previous veterinarians. Their services are considered reasonable and they are highly recommended.
these people are a true blessing! my boy, 3yr male cat, had been throwing up for two days. i consulted with a vet through chewy and a vet at an emergency hospital and they both told me it was okay to monitor from home unless his condition worsened. overnight he seemed worse. in my frantic state of mind i accidentally ubered here instead of the emergency vet. not only were they open on a saturday but they welcomed me and my boy with open arms and allowed us to see the doctor despite not having an appointment. receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all amazing! so much respect to their team for being flexible with my situation and not turning us away!
No frills, excellent care, worked us in for an emergency concern for our dog and were stillable to get us out very quickly while diagnosing and treating our poor girl’s infection.
My cat requires an auto-immune supplement but Chewy nor Amazon were both out of stock. This isn't the first time that the staff at Keystone have come to the rescue. Thanks so much.
