Julia K. O'Hara, NP, MSN, is a nurse practitioner at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital. She was great with a hyper 2 year old, letting him do his thing while talking. She understood he is a hyper kid and did not get onto the parent to "control my kid". She personally called the next day to discuss Xray results and came up with the plan. She is very thorough, attentive to concerns, and knowledgeable. She takes her time and explains everything very detailed. The staff is friendly, and Julia always listens when discussing what's going on with the child. She is very easy to work with when coming up with a care plan. The office is highly recommended.
We had an amazing experience here this week! From check-in, to seeing our first nurse, to meeting with Julia (NP)- everyone was so friendly, explained everything and great detail, and as a bonus, they were on time and very organized. Julia showed us some picture graphs and explained to us why tube surgery maybe the best option to give her baby girl some relief with her ears! I felt I could trust her and really appreciated the time she took to explain everything. I would definitely recommend !
She was great for my 2 year old (3 years old the day after seeing her ☺️) he is very hyper and has trouble listening because he is all over the place! She let him do his thing while I talked with her and got all the options for him. She did not get onto me to “control my kid” as some has told me for other offices (not Payton Manning) she understood he is a hyper kid and something’s she had to offer was not the best options. The next day she personally called me to over his Xray results and we came up with the plan! She was wonderful! My daughter goes to the same office and we have had great experiences for her to! I can’t thank this office enough!
I really enjoy working with this office and this nurse practitioner was very thorough, attentive to my concerns about the patient, and knowledgeable. I trust her implicitly with this child’s care.
