Adam was excellent in helping out. He was the third tow company to come out and tow my Volvo, which was dead in my garage after a software update. Volvo themselves and the Volvo dealership were of little help but Adam was committed to getting the job done and get my car to the dealership. He had his brother John come out and help as well. Highest quality service and most committed to getting the job done. I’d recommend to anyone.
Honest and transparent. 6nz Caterpillar Engine Rebuild and Head swap. My C15 engine hydrolocked. JR came out to tow me back home 150 miles, but mentioned they can repair my truck at their shop. I took him up on his offer and I am very happy with the results. 8000 miles later and my Cat is purring strong. Thank you from one very happy Hoosier!
Our wait time was a little more than quoted but our tow truck driver john showed up took care of my wife and I. He had us get in his truck to stay warm and he got us home safe and quickly to our kids. He was super cool and fun to talk too. I would recommend them to any one. We were stuck 40mins away from home with 3 kids at the house we were trying to get home too. John thank you very much for being a kind person in this world aint many and awesome driver for my wife and i. 10/10
