I have nothing but great things to say. I've had 2 systems replaced by them and when the time comes I'll have them do it again. They're responsive, fast, clean, and hassle free. Jim and Co. are always looking out to make sure I'm getting the best price I can and are honest about different options. It's generally not a fun time when something is going wrong with your HVAC system, but it is really great knowing that when it does I don't have to call and shop around, they'll have my back.

I can't say enough good things about Irish Air Indianapolis! Our air conditioning went out unexpectedly, and they had someone at our home within 2 hours of our call. Todd actually arrived early, was extremely knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had everything fixed within 30 minutes and took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to repair it.
The fast response, professionalism, and excellent service were truly appreciated. We were so impressed with the experience that we signed up for their monthly maintenance program, which offers tons of great benefits and added peace of mind.

I needed a new Honeywell thermostat installed to replace a very old one. Todd arrived ten minutes early with professionalism, optimism and enthusiasm. He worked diligently to understand messy wiring to get the installation up and running.
He was very helpful with details of how to use the new thermostat after testing each function to be certain all was working perfectly. He is a great representative of Irish Air, doing a fine job at a very reasonable price.
I will call Irish Air for sure if our heating or AC system needs attention because I highly trust them. It all starts with Tammy, who is so friendly and great to work with in scheduling one of their technicians...read full review
