Sean with IndySpect completed an inspection for my husband and I of our new house we were purchasing. He was awesome to work with! We really appreciated that he encouraged us to follow him during the inspection and ask lots of questions, which we did. He had a lot of useful knowledge and tips during the inspection and even more in our communications afterwards. His inspection report was extremely thorough, with observations, photo and video documentation, and suggestions for repairs. Sean was great to work with and we’d definitely recommend him!

Sean was an amazing inspector for our family home! Because of his thorough inspection, we are working through fixes prior to closing that would have surprised us later on. Sean inspected a commercial unit as well as a personal home for me. He made everything very convenient from scheduling, to the information provided in his inspection reports. Not only is he a consummate professional, he is well versed and truly understands detail in his work. He found a major chimney repair required during inspection, after consulting with 4 chimney sweeps and a structural engineer, they all were impressed with his catch and it helped us tremendously. Honestly and integrity are what you get from Sean, and I can truly say I will use him for all my future inspection needs.
