Charles did a fantastic job with my computer! My computer is incredibly thin so replacing the fans required the computer to be taken apart. He got the fans ordered for me and once they came in replaced them within a day. Overall very happy.
I got my son's gaming laptop serviced and Mr. Henderson got him squared away, I purchased a Dell laptop computer, upgrading from my Lenovo IdeaPad ThinkPad. Mr. Henderson made sure I was I was well taken care of from start to finish he is very knowledgeable and gets the job done in a timely fashion.
My old 2008 Acer desktop was extremely slow. Was contemplating buying a new laptop but didn’t want to go through the hassle of transferring files and accounts or the expense and I liked my desktop. I checked out repair places online and found high marks for Indy-Tech Computer Services. It’s a small business run by Charles Henderson. He checked my computer over and said all I needed was more memory and reorganization of my files. He did this for a fraction of the cost of a new computer and also fixed the cd/dvd player for free.
