I had a genuinely great experience here. I came in after an accident at work where a tool went through my hand, so obviously I wasn’t exactly having the best day. From the minute I walked in, though, everything went incredibly smooth. The lady at the front desk got my information immediately and made sure I was taken care of quickly.
Once I got back, Julie Hilfiker was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly sweet, informative, patient with all of my questions, and just had a really calming demeanor about her. Walk in clinic but also offers appointments. I arrived 15 minutes early and had a scheduled appointment. No office staff greets anyone that walks in. There isn’t even any staff at the front desk, instead they have a “check-in kiosk”. Still no one comes to check on severity of the people waiting to determine if someone needs to be seen faster than another or anything. This location is terrible and even though I try not to resort to an emergency room. I am sure I would have received more acknowledgment than here at the urgent care. Hopefully my child doesn’t seize while waiting to be seen.
