I was satisfied with them for the last 6months until Saturday when I brought my mom in and they messed up her eyebrows by not letting tint stay on long enough. After expressing her disappointment I was still charged the regular price. There should of been some sort of compensation given and seeing it wasn't, I will not continue to support their business. Oh I almost forgot my last two visits I had lashes done and they lasted 24-72 hours later . I don't have money to waste.

It was my first and last time here. I needed to have my eyebrows cleaned up and as soon as I walk in it takes a couple minutes to get anyone's attention because they are all chatting away (keep in mind there were no clients in the salon at anytime). I get seated after waiting and she starts threading. I get done and she has gone too far over and taken off too much. I'm not sure how she did that but after a few months it has finally gotten back to normal but it's not going to be the same, that's for sure.
