A couple of years ago, I tripped on a neighborhood sidewalk and crushed my wrist, ending up with 10 pins and a thumb that doesn't work 100%. I contacted the Hurst Limontes office and Katherine Karres took my case to determine who was responsible for maintaining the sidewalks so they were safe. Ms. Karres collected all the medical, insurance, and personal records. It took some time identifying the responsible party. Once identified, the case was negotiated and closed. Ms Karres was thorough, professional, and was a pleasure to work with. I will certainly recommend her and the company for injury related claims.

Sometime back I was involved in a car accident which wasn’t my fault , and the car insurance of the other party kept coercing me to sign release to wash their hands with peanut settlement.
