Avoid this company at all cost. Owner ops beware. Pay is terrible only one or two people know whats going on in the Indianapolis office and it definitely not the terminal manager. The Chicagoland branch is worthless specially the night dispatch. Loads are always overweight they really don't care. Just my 2 cent after 2 years of contracting there.
