Heartland Vision is a highly praised eye care center, known for its friendly and professional staff. The eye doctor takes very good care of you and takes a lot of time to explain things that you don’t understand. The overall experience at Heartland Vision is described as warm, inviting, and elating for customers. The ladies that work here are very awesome and very helpful. They give great feedback on the frames and craft glasses very beautifully.
Judy and Josie were very great help and so interactive with my child and myself. Love their personality. Even went to the extreme as helping make sure I wasn’t paying anything I shouldn’t be. Awesome staff!!!
Best exam and vision health experience I’ve ever had. Super friendly. Took as long as I needed for questions during the exam and shopping for glasses. Dr Swift and Josie were awesome!
I will never use anybody other than heartland vision because of the customer service that I am given. I have two locations in my vicinity and when the closer one is full of appointments, I do not mind driving a little bit further to the secondary location because I know I’m going to be taken care of. Josie at my preferred location is always amazing. She is professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
