Harold & Sissy’s is such a fun little shop that gives amazing, queer third space energy (truly it’s a gift just to be there listening / watching / examining all the tchotchkes on the wall), AND, in addition to that, Nikki is hands-down the best stylist I’ve ever had (for context, I’m 36 years old and recently moved to Indiana from Denver, where there’s no shortage of folks who do amazing hair). I've been getting my hair cut by Nikki since 2022 and was elated when she opened Harold & Sissy's on 10th Street, it being a short distance from my home.

Nikki's cuts are superior to any others I've gotten- my hair has never looked and felt better! Support this great small business!

The shop is right next to good coffee house. Nikki is amazing, she is extremely knowledgeable in hair. First hair cut she measured the angle of my scalp to gauge how best cut my hair. I have a double callic and she keeps me from looking like Alfalfa from Little Rascals. Shop is decorated in Neo-Andian style. The business is also an LGBQ+ ally.
