The Haddad Team is a highly-regarded real estate team known for its exceptional service and support. Clients describe their experience as seamless and stress-free, praising their responsiveness, thoroughness, and thoughtful guidance throughout the home buying and selling process. The team is lauded for its hard work, dedication, and ability to overcome obstacles, making them a trusted resource for first-time homebuyers and experienced sellers alike.
We were very impressed with the responsiveness, attention to detail and quality of service we received from the Haddad Team. We recently listed and sold a property and could not have asked for a better agent. Ms. Pat Haddad was professional, calm and knew her craft. If you're in the market, I would highly recommend the Haddad Team.
I have purchased three houses and sold two houses with Pat and her team-
To say they go above and beyond is an understatement- Oniy once was my real estate transaction a simple buy and sell. Two were complicated with me being out of town during the purchase and sale period. It went off without a hitch no matter how hard the buyers tried to make it!
Pat and her amazing group took care of my needs like family and honestly, they are family at this point-
Pat protected me , advocated for my best interests and is a strong negotiator who gets it done every time.
Buying or selling with anyone else is just not an option if you truly want the best!
We had a great experience with Pat Haddad and Susan. Our buying experience was seamless despite being >1000 miles away. Susan and Pat were quick to respond, were thorough, and were very thoughtful throughout the entire homebuying process. We were referred to the Haddad team by a friend, and can certainly attest to why!!!We don't plan on moving again anytime soon, but we will certainly refer Pat and team to anyone and everyone. Thank you!
