The salon is open evenings and weekends, with no appointment necessary, and provides online check-in to skip the wait. Stylists, including those at the W. 10th St. and Girl School Rd. location, aim to provide great service, although there have been mentions of customer service issues. Some clients have enjoyed their experiences, praising the stylists' ability to understand their needs and create desired looks, including intricate styles like fades. One stylist, Sunny, has been highlighted for her excellent communication and skill, making clients feel valued and understood. With a welcoming atmosphere and skilled stylists, many customers leave satisfied and return for future services. However, there are mixed experiences regarding service quality, as some clients have faced challenges with stylist interactions, while others have built strong rapport with their preferred stylists.
They cut our hair decent giving us pimp Summer cuts. The lady who did my hair kept complaining about me requesting, and trying to explain a simple fade, so the customer service at the W. 10th St. and Girl School Rd. GC had an attitude even when training the other employee, and I can't go for that.
Sunny (sp?) is an amazing woman!! She knew exactly what I wanted with my hair and was able to make it work with my face shape. I was nervous at first but she made me feel like a queen. She gave me great advice on hair care. We had a really great talk about lots of interesting things and made me laugh on an otherwise terrible day...She's hair-larious! There's a reason why she calls herself a Hairapist and I'm about to drop my real therapist just to bask in her vibe!
Requested style: I have my haircut every 4 weeks. Sylvia is my requested stylist at Country Club. She is wonderful!
This time I returned to chapel Hill and was very pleased with the service I received. Do not remember the stylist name.
