My dad got his haircut at the same location not 2 days before I did. I saw what they did, too short & did not use scissors on top. My gut told me to not come here after witnessing the work. I should’ve listened to it. While the stylist was very polite & nice, she needs more training how to cut hair. She cut my hair just like my dad’s, too short & used clippers on top instead of scissors. Once I noticed it, it was already too late. Also the hairs around my ears weren’t cut cleanly as I had to do more work on them once I got home. The stylist did apologize for the errors, which I appreciate. Janiel was our barber, and she took VERY good care of me and my 2 other siblings. We wanted our hair cut a specific way, and she listened and mirrored every detail, and offered some excellent advice of her own. She was also an excellent listener and all 3 of us loved talking to her! And to top it all off, the music selection on the radio was vibe-acious, and I highly recommend coming to this location!!!
I came in around 330pm today and was I. The chair for about 45 minutes. (Please understand my hair was to the middle of my back and is very very thick!) There was one employee due to staffing issues and limited hours. Man was she attentive to my hair. I asked for shoulder length with layers and to get my hair thinned out as much as humanly possible as i have very very thick hair. She went above and beyond compaired to previous experiances at a greatclips- making sure I was comfortable with how everything was turning out. I would definitely recommend her! I only wish I caught her name! Thank you so so much!
