These guys are excellent and Mike was courteous and professional. He came out and checked for leaks after a dramatic increase in the water bill. He found nothing wrong and then provided possibilities as to why my bill skyrocketed, which ended up being the problem. After all that great help, he did not charge us a thing.Frankly, I think these one star reviews are just angry people that underestimated their own circumstance.
I called Gordon to fix a leaky shower drain that caused serious damage to my kitchen ceiling. The technician had to go get parts and work in a very tight space. He explained everything clearly and did a great job. I was prepared for a ******************* but was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive it was. Needless to say I will use them again.
