This company applied the first application in March and we haven't seen or heard from them since! Just wondering what happened?! They serviced our neighbors for a few years, and they haven't had service since March either. Anyone know what happened to this business??

Chris did a great job mowing. I had issues with being charged full price for the initial trip to my house when there was no access to the fenced-in back yard. I notified his wife prior to the initial mowing so they wouldn't make a trip here to mow not having a key. Evidentially, there was poor communication, and he still wants full price for a yard half mowed. He stated it was due to the increase in cost and that my location was out of his territory. As the customer, I should have been informed, which I wasn't told this until my last conversation with him. I will not be using their services again.Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

We find Mr. George is difficult to communicate with. He did an acceptable job at snow removal, had to have him back out to finish as we didn't get flagged. He doesn't have a modern invoicing process so it resulted in him being very upset when we were late to pay. His price was reasonable.
