Went to upgrade our phones and watches, and Arnold helped us thru all of it. He was so friendly, easy to work with, and helped us with everything we needed! He had so much patience, answering all of our questions, even while my kids were being monsters! It was such a pleasure to work with him, and hopefully next year when it’s time to upgrade again, we will get to work with him! Victor is pretty cool too - and likes Doritos!! ☺️

My wife and I decided to come to this store to shop for a TV. We have a BB closer to us but we don't like the service at that store. We are so glad we came to this store. The customer service we received from Shannon S. was absolutely amazing!!! He took his time as we were asking him questions and trying to decide what we thought was a good TV for us. He was patient and friendly. He gave us good advice and we feel we will be very happy with our choice. Thank You Shannon for all your help. Cause man we needed it. Ha ha !!!

After unsuccessful online and phone attempts with Samsung representatives to try and fix my tablet, Darrell fixed it in just a few minutes while I waited. It was completely useless to me and my only option was to buy a new one. Darrell literally saved me $150.00. My tablet works perfectly.
