The customer service was beautiful. The lady on the phone was probably the sweetest person I’ve ever talked too. But I literally need a 20$ battery replacement. I got a 30$ estimate right before I called them & the moment I said computer repair, she said 200$!!! Just for them to LOOK at it and 25$ for every 15 MINUTES they work on it?! WHAT?! The battery itself only costs 19$!!!! How does that add up?! I didn’t even pay 200$ for the whole laptop!! A simple battery swap is not worth all that money, no matter how “good” you are! By the time they’re done with my battery swap I’ll be coughing up 400$, my laptop better run forever, clean my house & make... read full review
