Butch Myers responded in less than one day to my call. I was receiving a low memory error on my laptop. He corrected that problem as well as made recommendations to improve computer performance, which I accepted. I am extremely satisfied.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any computer tech. He spent 7 month working on my laptop. Than he gave me a different laptop than what was promised. Then that laptop did not work. He promise to fix the problem that with the device so I brought it back to him. He took the laptop and stop answering and returning my phone calls. So now I'm out of a laptop and $900. He had a lack of communication. I am thinking about reporting him for theft.
