This would be zero stars if I could. I went to the emergency room thinking I was having a miscarriage. We went from one waiting room to the next. Finally I get to a room and the person goes to draw my blood. Obviously this person doesn't know how to find a vein he just kept jabbing the iv in my arm to try and find a vein. I'm severely bruised on both of my arms from him trying to find a vein. Finally he finds one draws 7 vials of blood and leaves it on the counter. I also had to take a pee test as well so my vials of blood and urine sat for about an 1.5 hours till someone else came in. I went to St Francis for a bone density scan last week. As a former 40 year employee of St Francis I know the facility well. My appt was at 9:00. My issue was with parking or I guess I should say lack of. After riding up and down about 20 aisles all the way to building 8051 I spotted a person walking to the parking lot so I followed him and took his spot. I really find it hard to believe the hospital has not doing something about the parking problem. There is no valet parking anymore at Entrance 6. In my opinion this problem is unacceptable. For a person with mobility issues it would be a bigger problem. I would suggest someone in upper administration take...read full review
Woke up due to pin worm infestation, 2am I head to the hospital. My ear is swollen shut and I have condition of these worms throughout my body.Okay so we arrive and the indoctrination me, take my blood and then we sit for 2.5 hrs emergency room - do we understand what emergency means lol)I have evidence of these worms in a zip loc baggie for their review as well. Just trying to make everything easy for everyone, right.So after I present my evidence and a blood sample, this 20 year old (doctor??!) and tells me my blood work is done and my vitals say I health and there was nothing they could do, I asked why won’t you help meHe had the security guard escort me to my vehicle.This...read full review
