This location offers pelvic floor physical therapy on Tuesdays and Fridays. I was able to call to schedule an appointment and set up my initial evaluation for a few days after. This was a really quick turn around time compared to other locations/clinics in the city (most were 2-3+months out when I was looking in October). Insurance and intake information was collected over the phone because I was new to the network. I have had a couple of home renovation injuries in the last year which lead me here. I have seen 2 different dr's for different reasons & a physical therapist. I've also interacted, of course, with the front office staff & some nurses. Everyone there is so nice, friendly, welcoming, & non judgmental. Both treatments I've received were miraculous and relieved my pain so quickly & efficiently. I am so grateful for them listening to my issues, getting & understanding the history of the issue & formulating a treatment that has worked.

I have been seeing Physical Therapist Tara Moore for a few weeks now, and boy do I wish I'd started seeing her years ago. I was referred to her by my family doctor. She asks a lot of direct questions to ensure she is giving you the appropriate therapeutic exercises, both in the office and when you leave. She is firm, yet gentle. I will warn you, physical therapy is not going to cure you overnight. It is also not necessary going to be easy or feel good right away, but it is completely worth your quality of life from doing it. If you are willing to look at all of the physical therapy options available, I highly recommend calling her.
