Five Star Nails is a salon where the service can be wonderful and the technicians are often described as amazing. Many customers report that the staff will do exactly what you want, take care of you, and provide very pleasant and relaxing services like gel and French manicures. Some technicians are noted for taking their time, not being rough, and carefully fixing anything that needs it, resulting in beautiful, fast work. Customers appreciate that the technicians are accommodating, will clear out time for appointments, and fix any problems with no issues. However, the atmosphere is not always relaxing. The environment can sometimes be loud, with employees talking or screaming to each other or on phone calls, which creates chaos and drama that makes some customers nervous. This lack of a peaceful moment, along with instances where a technician might not pay attention and hurt a client or speak to them in a frustrated manner, detracts from the experience. For these reasons, some long-time customers feel the service is not consistently relaxing. Overall, the quality of the nail work itself is frequently praised as the best, with even application and good shape, but the customer service and environment can be inconsistent.
Lee always makes time for me, my work schedule is complicated but he always reply back to my texts yes 👍 I can help you . I truly appreciate him . BUT…. I do not enjoy when they all talk at same time very loud or when they scream to each other or when he is on a phone call screaming. Honestly that makes me very nervous. Or when he is not paying attention and hurts me . I like to came early or very late because is more quiet and honestly pedicure is a pleasure that I pay with my own money so I need a peacefully and relaxing moment instead of all the drama screaming and chaos that cames with it when the employees are talking and instead of focusing on good service...read full review
Steve Le is the only one I go to for 2 years now anything I ask for he do it I broughtmy whole wedding bridal to get the nails done and feet done by him, cleared out his whole day. He is an amazing man do what you ask him to do with no problems. If you got a problem, he will fix it.Services: Gel manicures
These are definitely the best nails i've ever gotten at a Salon. I usually leave random salons disappointed i even spent my money- but here they did a really fast job, and all my nails looked really good. they were the same length/shape, good application, (which is what i generally am disappointed in), etc!!!
