When I first met with our representative from Exact I was very impressed, however, that person left and then I was having a lot of trouble getting answers to my questions, slow turn around times, etc. These items were important for success in my day-to-day. I was above frustrated and simply felt no one was able to solve the issues I was having. One day Ryland reached out and he was AWESOME! Since that day, Ryland has helped me numerous times and is quick to respond to my emails and set times that are convenient to my schedule. He goes above and beyond. We hired Exact IT to help us with a specific project. They were professional, thorough, and completed the work quickly. The were also responsive to questions and support immediately following the completion of the product. Would definitely use them again!
