When I first met with our representative from Exact I was very impressed, however, that person left and then I was having a lot of trouble getting answers to my questions, slow turn around times, etc. These items were important for success in my day-to-day. I was above frustrated and simply felt no one was able to solve the issues I was having. One day Ryland reached out and he was AWESOME!
