Enterprise Fleet Management

I have used Enterprise fleet management for three years and continue to be disappointed at their ability to service our account. I would not be a customer currently if they had not forced a lease extension without notifying us. If you are a small business and can avoid using them you will be much better off.

They did not clean out the car I rented. They lost my belongings and claimed they clean it out fully. I can't imagine a car being cleaned out fully in 45 minutes. I just had two store front employees looking at me some type of way...

Had a reservation for setup 4 days earlier. Confirmed the night before. The day of they had no vehicle for me. I had to Uber to the westside once they finally had one available. If it wasn't for the fact insurance is coving it I wouldn't even be using enterprise
