Best massage in a long time. She is intuitive, observant and great at explaining what is going on in your body. She found spots I did not even know were hurting! Not to mention I got to pick my oils and aromatherapy! Honestly, if you are looking for a great massage from someone who is a local business this is the one. The studio is in a historic barrack on Fort Ben which makes it an even cooler experience!

I attended a Reiki healing sound bath on 8/11/23. Jamie and Liz were amazing. I was totally relaxed and left feeling wonderful. I have also had a 1 on 1 sound healing with Liz and walking out free of pain. These girls are amazing at what they do! I highly recommend them!
