Sydney was very sweet but it felt like this establishment hired newly licensed stylist. While here, one stylist was robbed by a client b/c apparently she did a terrible job on her hair (I could not believe it). The woman paid $300 for a style that started to fall apart after a few days, apparently she took $800 work of merchandise before the stylist arrived to fix it. My stylist took 3 hours to do a style that should not take more than an hour and a half - tops. I know b/c I've gotten it done multiple times. I was nervous when she kept unbraiding after she would braid but it was a leave out sew in and I did not get my hair washed nor blow dryed. She did drop $45 off of the price which I appreciated but I was upset b/c I arrived at 9:30 and left at 12:40, which caused me to be late to work. One day update: a section of my sew in is coming undone on one side.

My sister took my nephew to get his hair cut for back to school and this was the result! I do not recommend this place. They are obviously inexperienced and unprofessional! Both my sister and the manager told the barber to stop and he decided to continue!! This guy must’ve been high while cutting hair. There’s nothing “elite” about this.

My sister took my nephew in to get a hair cut and this is the result! There is no excuse for this. They f***** his hair up. I do not recommend this place. ZERO STARS. this barber needs to be fired
