Just got my car back from a transmission replacement and am so happy with the service and communication I received from Kevin. Made a very expensive and stressful repair much easier to deal with.
He got my car back on the road, running safely with a couple extra things I had been putting off, or ignoring the symptoms of.

Detailing the issues and options.Our car returned spotless, and with flawless issues thus far with a 1 year warranty/unlimited miles.Chose them for reliability over slightly cheaper alternatives – worth it for the next 100,000 miles.
I took my car to 2 other places before this Edward's Transmissions (Shadeland Ave) mostly because they had better reviews. I should have come here first. The guys got my car in on my only day off (made an appt). They found the problem and the cause of the problem. They called me several times during the process to update me. They went to the dealership, and drove around in Friday traffic to get parts. They had my car fixed for me the same day. I feel they gave excellent customer service and did exceptional work! It has been a couple weeks now and my car is running great! Thanks guys!
