Brought my car in, thinking the transmission was acting up. They didn’t find anything wrong with it through inspection and drove it repeatedly to try to get it to present issues. At my request, the mechanic took time at pick-up to ride along for a test-drive. Trey, GM, gave me a credit half off the diagnostic fee, as they ended up not doing any work on it. Happy with the service provided, especially as they could’ve told me I needed a new transmission and I would’ve believed them.

He let me know his crew’s honest opinion on what was pressing to fix versus what issues could wait till I had more cash.
